We realized that clinicians and first responders weren’t connecting. So we created “Gearing Up.” This is a course for mental health professionals that gives them an in-depth and immersive look at the Fire, EMS, and dispatch world and the unique mental health stressors of emergency services work. Consisting of classroom, hands-on, and in-station training, this course is a powerful tool used to engage and educate clinicians who want to work with this population.

“Gearing Up” is currently an in-person course and will be available online at a later date.
